The Experience
At Tiffin, a layered afternoon tea of sweet and savoury dishes, from lobster and caviar to fruit-led pastries and warm scones. At Chocolatier, a limited-edition takeaway gift box pairs pastries with sparkling tea.

Darjeeling, Jasmine, Hojicha and Osmanthus are expressed across both pastry and savoury elements.

Set within the iconic Pedder Building, Jimmy’s Kitchen presents a contemporary interpretation of a timeless ritual.

A carefully composed progression of savoury and sweet, from Iberico ham croquettes and heirloom tomato gazpacho to hojicha chocolate tart and classic scones.
