Shipping policy

We ship local Hong Kong orders through SF Express. Your package will be delivered via the most suitable and appropriate carrier and directly to residential/commercial addresses (and we do NOT deliver to P.O. box). All packages will be delivered ONE time only. Please make sure that someone is available at the shipping address, and make sure that you enter the correct contact number during checkout. For residential addresses, the courier may call you before shipping. Should a second delivery attempt is required, a shipping fee based on local courier rate (plus any remote area charge if applicable) will be charged.  In addition, if you have a request for a specific delivery arrangement (e.g., time etc.), you may contact us at +852 9813 9999 for such arrangement. Please also understand that we try our best to accommodate your special request but we may not be able to control how the courier fulfil such requests. 

We usually send out our orders within 2-3 business days and we do not deliver on weekends.
