Refund policy

No refunds are available however replacements can be issued if the goods are damaged or defective. The customer has 3 days after the goods have been received in which to notify us at info@saichodrinks.com. We require a  receipt of proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning goods.
