For this limited-edition collection, Hong Kong artist Jonathan Jay Lee reimagines Saicho’s signature bird motif across three single-origin expressions: Hojicha, Darjeeling and Jasmine.
Each bird reflects the country of origin of its tea, brought into Jonathan Lee’s distinctive interpretation of Hong Kong through layered skylines, glowing lights and quiet moments of stillness. Across the three designs, the birds move from stillness to lift to full flight, reflecting the trajectory Lee sees in Saicho.
The three designs are brought together here as a complete collection, accompanied by a Saicho bottle stopper and green cooler bag, available exclusively with this set.
