Shipping and Delivery
1. All physical products must be redeemed on your selected pick up date and location stated on the voucher (Festive counter at Island Shangri-La at 5/F). All e-voucher’s products must be redeemed from 14 - 23 Sep 2026 at Island Shangri-La. Any unredeemed vouchers after the redemption period is invalid and will not be accepted and refunded.
2. No amendment or cancellation is allowed once the order is confirmed.
3. If you cannot receive confirmation email and QR code(s) of order within an hour after the transaction, please contact (852) 5372 8189.
4. The QR code of order must be presented upon redemption.
5. The QR code of order can be redeemed once only; it cannot be reproduced, copied or sold.
6. The QR code of order will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
