Shipping and Delivery
1. Delivery and Pickup
• Delivery Service: Complimentary delivery from 14 – 23 September 2026, to one address within Hong Kong (except outlying islands, Lantau area and Discovery Bay) for orders of HK$800 and/or above. Otherwise, delivery can be arranged with an additional charge $100.
• Pick-up: Mooncakes will be available for collection at the Festive Counter, 5/F, Island Shangri-La from 14 – 23 September 2026 (11:00am to 8:00pm daily)
• Note: Any unredeemed physical orders or physical coupons after the stated redemption period will become invalid and will not be accepted, extended, or refunded.
2. No amendments, changes, or cancellations are allowed once the order is confirmed.
3. Must be presented Redemption Coupon upon your Redemption at the Festive Counter, 5/F, Island Shangri-La.
4. Each Redemption Coupon can be redeemed once only. Reproduction, copying, or reselling is strictly prohibited.
5. Lost Vouchers/Coupons: redemption coupons will not be reissued or replaced if lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed.
6. Promotions: Redemption cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, discounts, or gift vouchers.
7. Non-Refundable: Orders and physical coupons are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part.
8. Liability: Saicho assumes no liability for lost coupons or uncollected items once the purchase is confirmed. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring redemption within the designated period.
