Saicho × Rebecca Lin at Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong

Saicho × Rebecca Lin at Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong

Earlier this season, Saicho partnered with Hong Kong artist Rebecca Lin and Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong on a limited series of hand-painted bottles created around the idea of thoughtful gathering and gifting.

Each bottle was painted individually by Rebecca, turning every piece into something slightly different. More than packaging, the bottles became part of the experience itself, sitting naturally alongside long lunches, shared dinners, and the quieter moments that happen around the table.

Set within Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, the collaboration brought together art, hospitality, and sparkling tea in a way that felt considered and personal. Guests were introduced to Saicho through seasonal dining experiences while also discovering the craftsmanship behind the bottles themselves.

What made the collaboration especially meaningful was the response from guests who chose to keep the bottles long after they had been opened. Some became centrepieces at home, others were gifted onwards, extending the experience beyond the original occasion.

At Saicho, we’ve always believed sparkling tea belongs naturally within hospitality, not simply as an alternative, but as something with its own place at the table. Collaborations like this allow us to continue exploring that through different creative perspectives, cuisines, and cultural spaces.

Thank you to Rebecca Lin and the team at Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong for bringing the collaboration to life with us.
