Wine & Dine Festival Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

1. Campaign Overview
The “Win a Case of Saicho” Giveaway (the “Campaign”) is organised by Saicho (“the Organiser”) and will run from 23 October 2025 at 00:00 HKT to 26th October 2025 at 23:59 HKT (“Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility
This Campaign is open to legal residents of Hong Kong aged 18 or above. Employees of Saicho, its affiliates, distributors, and agencies, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter
To enter:
No purchase necessary.
Entrants must fill out the Google form and follow @saichodrinks on Instagram during the “Campaign” period.
Upon filling out the Google form, entrants must answer the question “How would you celebrate with Saicho?”
Entrants must opt in to receive marketing communications from Saicho. Entrants who do not opt in will not receive giveaway updates and therefore will not be eligible to participate.
Entries must be submitted no later than 23:59 HKT on 26th October 2025.

4. Prize
One selected entrant will receive a case of Saicho’s mixed collection with free shipping to one desired delivery location.  
The prize includes:  a case of Saicho sparkling tea with 2x 750mL Jasmine, 2x 750mL Hojicha, 2x 750mL Darjeeling bottles without giftboxes (valued at retail for $1,200HKD)
The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

5. Selection Process, Notification & Fraud Prevention
The Campaign will close at 23:59 HKT on 26th October 2025.
Entrants must follow @saichodrinks on Instagram to be eligible for the giveaway. 
Entrants must complete all required fields on the Google form for entry, including 1 final creative question asking “How would you celebrate with Saicho?”
The selection will be based on the creativity and thoughtfulness of the final question:
“How would you celebrate with Saicho?”
The winner will be selected at random, and the final selection will be made based on the most creative response.
The final selection will be made by the Saicho team and is final and binding.
The selected entrant will be contacted via email by Thursday, 30th October 2025, using the contact details provided at entry.
Once confirmed, the selected entrant’s name will be announced on Saicho’s official Instagram channel.

To be eligible:
Entrants must be a follower of @saichodrinks on Instagram
Each participant may submit only one entry. Duplicate entries, fake email addresses, use of multiple identities, or any form of fraudulent activity will result in disqualification.
Saicho reserves the right to verify participant identity and eligibility and to disqualify any entry that violates these Terms.
The selected entrant must respond within 2 calendar days of the date notification is sent (or by another deadline stated by Saicho).
Failure to respond on time will result in forfeiture of the Prize and selection of an alternate entrant.
Returned or undeliverable emails may also result in disqualification.
All income taxes or related obligations arising from the acceptance of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the selected entrant.
By entering, participants confirm their understanding and acceptance of these Terms and the Organiser’s decisions, which shall be final and binding.

6. Personal Data
Personal data collected will be used solely for administering the Campaign, verifying eligibility, contacting the selected entrant, and delivering the Prize, in accordance with Saicho’s Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability
Saicho and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay resulting from participation in the Campaign or use of the Prize.
Saicho is not responsible for:
Technical errors or service disruptions affecting entry or email delivery
Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
Any circumstances beyond its reasonable control
By entering, participants release Saicho from all claims arising out of or connected with this Campaign.

8. Governing Law
This Campaign is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

9. Marketing Consent Requirement
Entrant consents to receiving marketing communications from Saicho. This is not mandatory for participating in the Campaign.
This opt-in enables Saicho to contact the selected winner and provide campaign updates.

Entrants may unsubscribe at any time after the Campaign ends.
