SAICHO SHERRY SLING

INGREDIENTS
75ml Saicho Hojicha

5ml Peated Whiskey

35ml Manzanilla Sherry

10ml Hazelnut Syrup

15ml Lemon Juice

Method: Directly into your wine glass, add your sherry, syrup, whiskey and lemon juice, give a brief stir to combine the liquids. Add cubed ice to the top of the glass and top with your Saicho Hojicha, stir again to make sure the cocktail is all mixed together for correct balance in the glass.

Glass: Wine glass

Garnish: Lemon slice and edible flowers
