1. Campaign Overview

The “Taste & Stay” Giveaway (the “Campaign”) is organised by Saicho (“the Organiser”) and will run from 1st August 2025 at 00:00 HKT to 31st August 2025 at 23:59 HKT (“Promotion Period”).


2. Eligibility

This Campaign is open to legal residents of Hong Kong aged 18 or above. Employees of Saicho, its affiliates, distributors, and agencies, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.


3. How to Enter

To enter:

  • Make a single purchase of HK$1,000 or more on the Saicho Hong Kong website (www.saichodrinks.com.hk) during the Promotion Period.

  • During checkout, entrants must opt in to receive marketing communications from Saicho. Entrants who do not opt in will not receive the quiz email and therefore will not be eligible to participate.

  • Eligible customers will receive a unique quiz link via email following their qualifying purchase.

  • Only one quiz entry per qualifying purchase is permitted.

  • Quiz entries must be submitted no later than 23:59 HKT on 31st August 2025.


4. Prize

One selected entrant will receive a  One night stay at Island Shangri-La Grand Premier Harbour View Room with Buffet breakfast for two guests (subject to availability and blackout dates).

  • The Prize includes accommodation only. Travel, meals, and incidentals are not included.

  • The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

  • Any additional charges incurred during the stay are the sole responsibility of the selected entrant.


5. Selection Process, Notification & Fraud Prevention

  • The Campaign will close at 23:59 HKT on 31st August 2025.

  • Entrants must complete all quiz questions, including 4 multiple-choice questions and 1 final creative pairing question.

  • The selection will be based on the following two-step criteria:

  1. The number of correct answers to the multiple-choice questions

  2. The creativity and thoughtfulness of the final question:
    “Describe your perfect food pairing with Saicho sparkling tea and explain why this combination creates the ultimate sensory experience.”

  • If multiple participants achieve the highest number of correct answers, the final selection will be made based on the most creative pairing response.

  • The final selection will be made by the Saicho team and is final and binding.

  • The selected entrant will be contacted via email on 3rd September 2025 using the contact details provided at entry.

  • Once confirmed, the selected entrant’s name will be announced on Saicho’s official social media channels.

To be eligible:

  • Entrants must submit a valid order number and email address matching a qualifying purchase.

  • Each participant may submit only one entry. Duplicate entries, fake email addresses, use of multiple identities, or any form of fraudulent activity will result in disqualification.

  • Saicho reserves the right to verify participant identity and eligibility and to disqualify any entry that violates these Terms.

The selected entrant must respond within 2 calendar days of the date notification is sent (or by another deadline stated by Saicho).

Failure to respond on time will result in forfeiture of the Prize and selection of an alternate entrant.

Returned or undeliverable emails may also result in disqualification.

All income taxes or related obligations arising from the acceptance of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the selected entrant.

By entering, participants confirm their understanding and acceptance of these Terms and the Organiser’s decisions, which shall be final and binding.


6. Personal Data

Personal data collected will be used solely for administering the Campaign, verifying eligibility, contacting the selected entrant, and delivering the Prize, in accordance with Saicho’s Privacy Policy.


7. Limitation of Liability

Saicho and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay resulting from participation in the Campaign or use of the Prize.
Saicho is not responsible for:

  • Technical errors or service disruptions affecting entry or email delivery

  • Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries

  • Any circumstances beyond its reasonable control

By entering, participants release Saicho from all claims arising out of or connected with this Campaign.


8. Governing Law

This Campaign is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.


9. Marketing Consent Requirement

Participation in the Campaign is conditional upon the entrant’s active consent to receive marketing communications from Saicho.

  • This opt-in enables Saicho to deliver the quiz link and Campaign updates.

  • Entrants who do not opt in will not receive the quiz and will be deemed ineligible.

  • Entrants may unsubscribe at any time after the Campaign ends.
