INGREDIENTS
75ml Saicho Jasmine
35ml Blanco Tequila
15ml Crème de Cassis
15ml Lime Juice
10ml Ginger Syrup

Method: Add your ingredients minus the Saicho to a Boston tin, fill tin with ice and shake until the tins are cold to the touch. Remove small tin and add the Saicho Jasmine to the drink, fill your highball glass with cubed ice and then strain the tin liquid over the ice to complete the cocktail.
