INGREDIENTS
25ml Gin
50ml Ginger beer
15ml Fresh lime juice
80ml Saicho Jasmine
GLASS & GARNISH
Serve in a mule mug or highball
Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprigs
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a mule cupe or highball with large ice cubes, and stir gently to combine. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprigs, then serve.
