INGREDIENTS
35ml Umeshu
25ml Pear puree
10ml 1:1 sugar syrup
100ml Saicho Jasmine
GLASS & GARNISH
Serve in a flute
Garnish with an edible flower
METHOD
Chill all ingredients, then add all to glass. Stir gently to combine then top with more Jasmine Saicho. Garnish then serve.
