FENNEL APPROACH
INGREDIENTS
40ml Lemon vodka
10ml Suze
50ml White grapefruit juice
20ml Fennel seed syrup
50ml Saicho Hojicha
GLASS & GARNISH
Serve in a coupette
Garnish with a grapefruit zest twist
METHOD
Add all ingredients except Saicho Hojicha to a cocktail shaker filled with cubed ice. Shake hard then fine strain into a chilled coupette glass. Top with the Saicho Hojicha, garnish, then serve.
